Citizens need to pressure the USAO and judges to put criminals in prisons. It’s a small number of continuous repeat offenders that commit crime and they will do so until they kill and only then the judges will hand out sentences out of public pressure.

I think you are confusing cops to the prosecutors. Police make arrests and build cases. The prosecutors and judges let the criminals walk.

This is a terrible idea for the driver. Trucks aren’t allowed on GW Parkway. Somewhere closer to 395 or 495 is a better option. Best option is by Eisenhower metro as it’s right by the beltway and relatively quiet and has large roads.
