I think so, it appears to say so on the map I can’t tell for certain though.

Bell Blvd really does have great food right around the LIRR station.

Shanghai You Garden has got some of the best soup dumplings and duck for mad cheap. The Cuban, while more expensive, is another spot with some good food.
