Yeah, I climbed up there c. 1987. It was cool and unsafe. But, in Mexico, the cars didn't have seat belts or safety glass, the boats didn't have life preservers -- everything was unsafe. There was a chain just kind of lying on the steps for descent. Descending was scary. There was a guy descending by sliding his butt down one step at a time while holding on to that chain for dear life.

These chestnut trees are for *forests*, not people's suburban yards.

I think this is correct, and important. Higher-speed flash sync is the first thing I thought of when I saw "Global Shutter".

Thanks for the link. These are the same instructions I found for disabling the camera. Unfortunately this not only disables the Apple "Camera" app, but other camera Apps as well. (At least one other one.) This is not an acceptable solution for me.

Apparently, my butt is tapping it, swiping it and even pressing the power key. All the same reasons that butt-dialing is/was a thing.

That's a great idea -- so great that I am disappointed to find that I did not have unlock with Apple Watch turned on.
