Eat one extra egg a day when on this workout. You need the cholesterol in yolk to make more testosterone which your body will try to do when doing major muscle groups.

Zojirushi products that are made in Japan, not China are high quality builds. Great design. Good materials. Just very well made. I have rice maker and a hot water kettle by them. I found them both 2nd hand in Thrift Stores.
