When you say Savin Hill do you mean just the actual hill or did you also look in the neighborhoods off Dot Ave north of Savin Hill Ave? They are nice neighborhoods and closer to JKF stop so you don’t have to wait for the Braintree redline. There’s some stuff in that budget around there. On Redfin right now is a 3/2 above 1k sq ft for 715k. Also has parking which is crazy.
