You’d probably have to pay at least 300k to get it in good condition and it’s a postage stamp lot.

Septic sizes are based on how many bedrooms you have. A room without a closet is not considered a bedroom and thus, you can get away with having a smaller septic or not digging up your yard.

Savers has really nice sweaters for $5 or $10. Guaranteed that two sweaters and a blanket will prevent your fingernails from turning blue.
National Grid and eversource work with energy suppliers who set the rates. They fluctuate constantly, hence why your bill also goes up and down.
You can reach out to National Grid, and I forget exactly what it’s called, but you can pay exactly what your payed last year for each month. Anything that you owe, or they owe you, you’ll settle up at the end of the year.

I agree, N95 is the best. I was commenting that for OP. If you really want a cloth mask then do it as safely as possible.

Agreed, I also wear an N95, but if you want to wear a cloth mask, there is a safe option.

We don’t have to interact, that’s fine. Masks are proven to prevent the spread of respiratory viruses, including COVID.
A lot of people have long COVID and it’s effecting their quality of life. I’d like to avoid that, and wearing a mask if pretty easy.
There are certain place that are crowded are quite narrow that I prefer to wear one. Safety first!!

There are Etsy cloth masks that have a pocket to put in a paper towel and make it 3 layers. If you’re going to get a cloth mask make sure it has 3 layers.

Reply to If someone said they were bringing coffee from Dunkin, and they show up with this; what are you doing? by jpige93
It doesn’t matter if it’s “fresh” or in a bottle. I would throw it in the trash because that’s where Dunkin’s “coffee” belongs.
Someone who used to work there told me it’s 10% coffee and 90% water.

Sure, IPAs, MSOs, ACOs and any other independent physician groups, or IDNs will have more bargaining power.
I’m lucky and have a great plan through my employer, but I know there are many who are much less fortunate.

If it’s in network, all doctors, not just the ones in M.A have rates that are negotiated with the payers they accept. The payers create those rates, not the doctors.

Sounds like it was out of network. You can still get some of that covered.
