Oggi in Harvard Square is quite good. It's mostly take-out, but you can sit down. I personally like their tuna wrap, but they have a huge selection of sandwiches - some of which may or may not be widely available. One day, they had a smoked chicken wrap, which was great.

They have a fairly loyal clientele (I'm one), which probably speaks to the quality and pricing.
