Wind erosion. If it’s created by water it’s a natural bridge 😊

It’s also how the rich make the bulk of their wealth, which they then use to leverage non-taxable loans.

I don’t have any capital gains, and I think it’s bullshit that they’re taxed at a lower rate than earned income.

Honestly, I'd love to be making $25K or more in capital gains a year. If I were I think I could afford to pay a little tax on whatever I make more than that.

That’s not really “below board”. It’s not against the law to take a card for a weed transaction, the problem is that all the banks that issue credit cards are federally insured and refuse to service pot shops because it’s still illegal federally.

I believe it. I’m almost 42 and every time I go buy weed I’m carded twice. Once at the door and again when I actually purchase it.

I went there too! For a year, anyway. I had just moved to Oly from Shelton and went there for a year before going to Washington Middle School.

I actually met governor Locke there once while singing with my high school chamber choir way back in the 90s (we were on our way back to school from a performance and decided to stop by and take advantage of the acoustics). The Governor heard us and came out of his office to meet us, then invited us back into his office briefly for a photo op which ended up in the school news lol.
I’ve also helped produce the AV for several inaugural balls held there, for governors Locke, Gregoire and Inslee, and ran the jib camera for a couple of them 😁 It’s a beautiful campus.

Love it. I’ve been to 47 states including Alaska and Hawaii, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The scenery, the culture, the politics, the weather…I love everything about it here.

Well this is still there, even though a major part of it collapsed more than thirty years ago, and it’s far more fragile and precarious than this one. Delicate Arch has been around for thousands of years and will probably continue to be for at least a thousand more.
