One thing I’d like to add is that pretty soon they’re going to begin the process of demolishing the Wardman park hotel right off of the main part of Connecticut in WP; some places I was looking at in the area are right next to the hotel so construction noise might get pretty bad. It’s still a great area though, though definitely feels like a bit older of a crowd on average.
