I worked as a manager in a retail store, during the holiday season it usually is really busy. This little boy lost his parents in the crowd and was crying pretty hard. I saw this and asked where his parents where, he had no clue, i took his hand and walked up and down the store untill i found his parents.
When i reached his parents, they saw i was holding the kids hand and they started yelling at me, how dare I holding it. A grown man and a kid, i must be predator. They swore never to come in my store again ans would spread the word that i was a Predator.
If i was a woman bringing back the kid, there would be no problem. Just as a man you are always seen as a predator as soon as you get near kids that arent yours.
