It's not that we cant, it's that we wont

Because A) that's fucked up, and B) it serves no purpose other than being fucked up

Throwing any controller is not fine

Your hobby should never make you angry enough to damage anything

Getting angry because of your hobby is fine

Getting angry to the point of throwing and breaking things is not fine

Getting angry because of your spouse cheating is fine

Murdering them because of it is not

Theres more than just angry or calm, theres a whole spectrum there

You should definetly look into those anger issues

Not quit gaming entirely, but perhaps avoid competitive games for at least a while
