Have you ever thought about, maybe it's okay to dress nice once and a while and share a cool picture of it? Also what will happen, will the world cave in on itself because I shared a picture of myself? You say this like I did something horrible, I don't see how an outfit and a picture are so heinous. If you dont want attention dont give it and move on. I just liked this outfit. What a travesty

That's literally so nice thank you. I know how you feel and I used to deal with that too. Now I make an effort to find something good to say about someone whenever I can. I also notice things I both admire and wish I had the confidence to pull off and make a point to celebrate how cool it is that they are doing it! The easiest things to compliment are a person's smile, energy, or clothes, as they always come off less aggressive or off putting then comments about their appearance as attractive which can be hard to read and seem like it had certain intentions behind it. I saw someone today wearing a crop top, she had my body type, a healthy medium weight and I always feel a little self conscious when I show my stomach that fully because it's not perfectly flat but I saw how fantastic she looked and I really admired that she wasn't afraid to show her mid section, so I told her how great her crop top looked. Its things like that that really make my day, sometimes its just seeing someone bolder than me and still pulling it off great that I love to celebrate and encourage

I definitely want more people to embrace their aesthetic or ideal self to the fullest and own the "cringe" of it whatever that is. I love self expression and am not fond of hating on people for being too "anime" "over the top" "colorful" or whatever. A lot friends I know have game avatars or profiles online of cool characters it's clear they wish they could be if they were unafraid to embrace and I love encouraging people to go for it

I've been told my style is generally pastel goth / kawaii with a touch of Victorian flair on occasion! I definitely feel this outfit chanels more of the Victorian look. Considering what a good time this post has been so far I'm considering sharing more of my really fun costumes and outfits in the future

A little girl said I looked like a princess and I got a few honks from people driving by when I was walking in the city for a bit. It was so fun! I really love unique fashion and people that do something different or fun with their clothes than the normal street wear even while doing normal things. It's so fun!
