Like we say in Holland: that is pearls for the swines. Meaning like, its useless giving something nice or sophisticated to beings that will not appreciate or understand it anyway. And I think most responding negatively at the quote of this Jewish Dutchmen are Yanks…hence what I said. Not on that level.

Maybe station NATO troops close to the Polish-Belarussian border (in case they dare to get involved too) and watch if they dare to invade…they are looking for a reason.

I think its true. In poorer countries you need to do something or you starve, why else would you sell ice cream in the streets in the 35-40 degree sun at daytime?
In richer countries people are motivated more by want I suppose, a lot of need is already covered by government and society to some minimum degree.
