As a transplant, I can immediately notice if the air quality is worse on some days than others. Literally as soon as I walk outside. It is because you are used to it.

I tried it three times and got an “off” feeling every time. Mediocre coffee, indifferent and judgey customer service, and unprofessional social media posts.

Focus on improving your business and admitting your flaws - not pointing the finger at customers and pretending you are perfect.

I mean, some traffic is expected. People probably are getting out of work early, it’s the day before Thanksgiving. Not a huge deal.
