https://www.scca.com/pages/find-your-fun You will probably find more events when it isn't the middle of the winter. Also there are a bunch of clubs that do various track days/high performance driving events.
This is a somewhat complicated thing to do and will require a significant amount of research and preparation. Make sure your car will actually pass tech inspection and that you have the required safety equipment such as a helmet and whatever else they specify. Also this will cost you in the neighborhood of $300-500/day assuming you don't break anything.
The only tracks I personally have any real interest in around here are Palmer motorsports park and the NHMS road course. Although I have had some good times messing around on oval tracks when we found one that was "run what ya brung" for $50/night and let us do whatever we wanted.

They don't want to lend to you (or anyone really) because the housing market is inflated and interest rates are high. The loan officer and every other financial institution on the planet expects the housing market to lose value in the next year. In a couple years it will be much easier.

Find the most secluded lot you can with no houses nearby, go there at night, and don't stick around too long. You can get a reckless driving ticket for this.
