There's simple reporting metrics, impressions, click through, dwell time, etc. Depends on the channel its on.

They also do market research. Talk to a sample of people, ask if they recall the ad, their impression of it, their opinion of the product or brand.

They may even run multiple ads to different audiences and compare the results to measure success.

Not sure if that's true. Communities have done everything they could to hinder effective policing.

But they aren't doing anything to control it themselves either.

White kid starts acting violent, everyone looks to the parent to intervene. Black or Latin kid joins a gang, does the parent get any blame?

I literally said what I thought we should do... and it was not nothing.

Take the guns or don't take the guns, killings will still happen, with illegal guns, or some other way. Maybe it's fewer killings, but im sure it won't be zero.

So we will be right back here asking why. Reducing crime has always been about understanding motive.

yeah, I believe threats would be a misdemeaner in most states, and likely produce a restraining order. Not an automatic disqualification for weapons though.

However, the court could also revoke their right to possess weapons if they felt they were an ongoing threat of violence.

At least thats how it would work in some states, not sure about arizona...
