My opinion is that BCS is the better show, but, Breaking Bad is the more important show.
I'm still blown away that they were able to craft a prequel, one in which you knew how 90% of it was going to end, and still make it as meaningful and seamless and suspenseful as they did. It's utterly brilliant.

LED's will flicker as they go out - u/Diligent_Nature is correct. Causes are many but failure rates are higher in older model LED's and LED's that have been in use for a long time.
Change the bulbs with other LED's before you get an electrician.

Too young for the Runaways, but, "Kiss Me Deadly" and "Close My Eyes Forever" are fantastic songs that I love - The Runaways were just stacked with talent.
