"Aquatic Ambience" from Donky Kong Country (Coral Capers - This first water level)
I know graphics are different now but when I was little.....it was most amazing thing I had ever seen and then every single level was dropping the most amazing music. There was a cheat code you could use to listen to the audio files and music ala sound test.
