I've been carrying the "Large Bifold" from Saddleback Leather for 10+ years. I can't recommend it enough.

I actually wanted something like this for summer, as I only wear BDU-style cargo shorts and they really don't need a big/heavy belt to hold them up. I ended up going with the actual belts that go with (American) football uniform pants.

They're dirt cheap and really nothing can go wrong with them. I would, however, recommend that if you need to trim it (most people will because they are pretty universal, so they come in like a 56" length), then have someone sew the end back to "factory-style" or it will fray.
