O'Reilly corporate is always hiring in one department or another. Wages vary by position, but one huge advantage when you apply is you only need to fill out their online profile once and then you can apply for multiple positions. My initial application was for like 9 different things and I got a call back on 2 of them.

I don't think I've ever spoken to a former employee who had a favorable experience there. I'm sure they exist, but it's no one I've met.
