It's not just about a prenup. Not everywhere has "no fault" divorces.
And, even if they do, other things like alimony, child support, and child custody can be changed based on proof of infidelity.

Oh, and the first time I heard that song was on the radio in my car. I had to pull over because I was laughing too hard to drive.

My wife had a dream that I was cheating on her. So, at 3:00am, she executed a beautiful, lying down, spinning back fist to my lower ribs and yelled, "YOU CHEATED ON ME!"
While I was trying to get air back into my lungs, she rolled back over and never even woke up.
