Not really. His wealth is on paper. It's tied directly to the paper value of his Tesla stock. Ergo, you must also include the paper value of his debt in twitter.
It's not a hard concept.

The ads may be returning but are the users? A lot of top creators have left the platform because of Musk and with Musk's leadership leading to a more lax moderation style on political stuff I don't see the website improving for the average user who doesn't want to see political shit on their feed nonstop.

Why the fuck wouldn't he pump some other shitty meme stock, load up on it himself and then rug pull everyone, cash out and buy out the Tesla stock himself?
Pumping Tesla has to be the most obvious thing the SEC can hammer him on and he's already on their shitlist.
