Exactly. I don't want to come off as too strong to the point where I'm an asshole. So my resolution is toning that down and being nicer but not overly nice because I don't feel like that would be me.

Well I think I've just been pretty mean towards others and too sarcastic and angry. I don't want to be that way. I want to be more approachable. Friendlier. I still want to be sarcastic but with good timing and not as heavy
