We do! We patrol the bike lanes regularly, this post is just about targeted enforcement thanks to extra 311 reports.

Parking enforcement is not designed as a revenue-generation tool; it's designed to keep our roadways safe.

If their lights are on, they're likely to respond to an emergency. If they do not, you can report them using the 311 app or via the BPD Complaint Form.

As others have mentioned, you can use the 311 app for this! Photos definitely help. The "Abandoned Vehicle" category is the one you want.

We patrol bike and fire lanes regularly, but this post is all about extra enforcement due to concentrations of 311 reports. So if you see people parked in the fire lanes, please send us reports using the 311 app!

It's horrific. We just saw the names of the workers on 695, and there appears that a father and son were working together. š°

Biking in the parking lane is actually advised, unless cars are parked there. If there are cars parked there, it will be a very short trip.

You don't have to submit another if you already have 311 active reports.
Calling 311 is the best way to follow up on any ticket you've submitted. When calling, you can say āIād like to check on the status of my service request. Would you mind looking up the details in the Salesforce system for me please?ā. This will get you the most information.

Thankfully, no one was hurt.
We added concrete barriers to the work zone to protect the site, and to keep drivers and our workers safe.Ā
When you see CONSTRUCTION, for everyone's sake, please SLOW DOWN.

You bet! Send us a report using the 311 app. Our crews are already out fixing potholes with the warmer weather, and we can put that on our list.

Delivery drivers are not allowed to park in bike lanes. All businesses have designated delivery areas. Report them via the 311 app.
Law enforcement is not allowed to park in bike lanes unless their lights are flashing. Report them via the 311 app.

It's going to be a lot. Definitely use public transportation if you can, or use Waze to route around congested areas.
We also recommend parking and then using scooters or rentable bikes to get closer.
