Reply to Is it just me or is it difficult to find clubs/groups for young adults around here? by reddituser6213
If you can find a place tangentially related to an activity you’re interested in (outdoor store, game shop, etc), you can usually find folks who are always down to include others in activities. That’s kinda how I made friends through mountain biking. Granted I still spend a decent amount of time with dudes older than me, but I’ll take it. I’d also check Facebook for groups in your area for activities you like. You may not find folks around your age, but it’s a start.

Went on a gravel ride today. Did 75 miles, ate a burrito, and am now falling asleep on the couch. Tomorrow I’ll probably go do a trail ride at Bear Brook.

Reply to Hey anyone know of great places to meet friends I’m 21 (f) and moved to New Hampshire 11/2 years ago and need friends I’m going crazy leave suggestions down below or HMU if you in the same boat! by squidballieollie
Best bet is finding people through activities you enjoy. Most of my friends moved but I’ve made some new ones through cycling. There’s a lot of good riding (mountain, road, and gravel) around the area as well. If you stop at a place that is involved in the hobby of interest, you’ll usually meet folks with the same interest. That’s what my dad told me and it’s worked out fairly well in my experience. Good luck with meeting folks!

Reply to Would you care if NH lost the first presidential primary? by GraniteGeekNH
Nah, not really. I’d jokingly say it depends on who we lost it to, but I think I’d be relieved that we’d get a break in all the political calls, and (depending on when we’d hold the new primary) fewer candidates asking for money.
