In addition to that, you need a generator that provides stable electricity. Our system is set up for a small portable generator, but we couldn't run the heat pump without damaging the electrical system.

I use Fi in the Portland area, but go up to the midcoast and beyond with some regularity. It's been great.
In Camden/Rockland I was getting full bars. Even up in Cutler I was on 5g and getting fast internet. And we have four people on the plan, so we each pay $20 for unlimited, which is insane.

Reply to Solar Companies other than Revision? by Ordinary-Broad
Maine solar was great, similarly priced, but ghosted us after a good estimate. Revision came in and was great. I've heard of people having similar issues with both companies.
Green sun solar is a small operation with great prices. We just could get on their schedule.

Look up "adverse possession." This seems to be what you are describing, but you should absolutely talk to lawyer. It's almost always more straightforward to buy the land.

Reply to Browntail moth caterpillars by queentiffa1234
It depends where you are and what stage the caterpillars are in, so it's hard to say. Hiking will probably be fine, but I was up in Camden hills during the peak last year and they were falling out of the trees everywhere we went.
Some kids are completely unbothered, others get miserable rashes. Think of it like traveling to an area with a lot of poison ivy.
For my money, If your kids are young I would avoid the woods during the peak.
