One thing about that is that i think those wednesdays minute are more worth in other ways. Maybe its harder to measure and more of my opinions than fact. But I dont think people are getting netflix for seinfeld in the same way as they do with wednesday. I really dont know what streaminservices have what old sitcoms. I just check around and there it is. I think that the office for exampel is both on prime and netflix where I live. I dont think it builds the netflix brand in the same way either. People are associating netflix with Wednesday, Stranger things and Ozark. And they know that they will never be able to see them anywehere else. It also give people hope and expectations. "If they can produce that they can create something really great again" .

I would say that 2000s was a bit better better than 2010s. Especially around 2005 was insane. How i met your mother season 1, two and a half men season 2, Sopranos season 5, the wire season 4, entourage season 2, Rome season 1, south park season 9, The shield season 4 , family guy. It really had something for everyone.

Game of thrones- Blackwater. Actually pretty clear the best episode of got . The red weeding was shocking, but on a rewatch blackwater is perfect and the best on. Twin peaks- pilot. Never have i been sucked in to a serie like that. The school scene with donas sadness is so pure.

I think ots has to do with tv shows and their growing status the last 20 years. The stars are connected to a certain show and a certain character for years. During that time its hard to do a lot of other movies, and you become the charcter instead. Walter white, tyrion lannister, johhny lawrence. You think about the characther and not the actors name. Compare that to jim carrey, samuel l jackson and brad pitt, sometimes it even hard to remember their characters name. Its more like the old trailer " Brad Pitt is ......!"
