It was proposed by Cuomo. de Blasio just finally signed off on it for some stupid reason.

NYC didn't vote for this. This is being hoisted on the city by the State. Here's hoping it keeps getting delayed and maybe even outright cancelled.

Or maybe just let the neighborhoods stay as they are now, but provide the new transit options. Nothing wrong with the neighborhood as it is around the planned Morris Park station.

There are folks in the Bronx who actually use the Cross Bronx to get places. Hell I don't even agree with capping.
