Personally, I think you'll be fine. I've lived in Boston as a single woman for years and walked alone at night all the time, so that's just my personal opinion, but you do you. If you're not feeling good about it, get a place in Back Bay.

I hope everyone looking at this listing sees this as a massive red flag...clearly the lister has had legal problems and wants tenants without that kind of knowledge base to avoid litigation.

I've read three of her books. They're quick reads, good for a palette cleanser, imo. But they're not great books. It Ends With Us and Verity are so monumentally overhyped.

I think she is most beloved by people who read infrequently and want something easily digestible, which is totally valid for that demographic, but if you are well-read you know there's way better versions of her "type" out there.
