The food truck on revere beach parkway to the left of taco bell . Everything I’ve had there so far I liked. It comes out fast to. Jaliscos in East Boston also.

No broker fees with condos. Condos are much better value in Chelsea beyond . I currently have a condo $2300 665sq ft with parking and amenities. 10min drive to seaport. I’ll be moving to the vero and no fees to move in there just security first last .

Maybe Malden would be a good option for you , close to Boston with some transit but you can still dodge all the traffic and 30min to Lexington. A lot of nice condos out there.

$2270 for a nice sized studio in a newer complex in Chelsea right next to mystic plaza and the train station. This includes amenities and wash and dryer in unit and parking space

I live in chelsea myself . My apartment has the silver line and train 5 minute walking distant . I only use my car for work most of the time. Visiting New York recently I appreciate Boston so much more

I’m at One north of Boston right now , 2nd lease , $2300 big studio . I’ll be moving to the Vero a few blocks away in June. I’m getting a one bedroom with den for $2800 w/ parking there . They have a one bedroom for $2400 everything included. Nice amenities and I love this location . Train and silver line 5 minute walk. Mystic mall right there .
