Usually you can not pay NY taxes on any work done in NH. If your buisness is in NY then I think that would be hard to work out. I would guess that if you are doing all your work in NH then you could personally avoid Ny income taxes on your salary, but as others have said you are gonna have to check with someone that knows the laws.
