Psyllium husk is great to add to your diet or just bran flakes. Drink a glass of water or two with every meal and add lots of fruit and vegetables. I pretty much only focus on eating enough fibre and I've lost weight and health and energy has improved. I excerise a little but I put it down to the high fibre diet. It almost forces you to be healthy.
