Waiting for the keycaps was the only thing that really took long, but maybe somewhere from 6-8 hours with lubing the switches, trying to get the feel and sound right (a scratchy batch of MX Clears that I made into Ergo Clears). Everything else was a breeze
I used the Tofu60 DZ60RGB V2 hot swap kit, bought PCB and Case foam, the cable is the KBDFans Handmade cable, and the keycaps are XDA profile Ice Crystal Mint (PBT plastic).
The switches are Ergo Clears, but no matter how well I lubed them and tried to make them sound and feel nice, they are very scratchy. Thinking of getting Midnight Sakura's later.
