Is the clinic really open until 5 on Saturdays? The worcesterma.gov website says it goes until 3:30. Also, what floor is it on? Would like to try and go next Saturday

There’s a Target and Walmart that are both pretty decent on route 9 if you’re looking for both stores in the same vicinity. Otherwise I’d go with the Leicester Walmart and the Millbury Target any day of the week.

Could you try and talk to a lawyer and make a court case out of it? Stealing is illegal, after all, and I think you have sufficient proof since you can track the phone.
