I have never had reheated via microwave fries be crispy. You must be way overheating then. 15-30 seconds.

It’s about the mess they are leaving afterwards. It’s one thing to look through trash, it’s another to rifle through it and throwing the trash on the ground to look deeper into the receptacle

The statistics are not in favor of your opinion on partner relationship repair. Most people do not ultimately work it out and repair it. They may try but it just repeats and often times the drama is amplified eventually

Look up property records and find out who legal owner is. Ask for contract showing real estate agent is authorized to be doing business. Ask to meet owner before handing over any money or signing a lease. Check owners ID

Why would you need a quiet place when screen capturing? Screen Capture only records the internal audio. Taking a video would record all atmospheric noise (the video, you breathing, the hum of your lights, etc)
