Good quality sea salt is one, we are the Ocean State after all. Maldon can probably be found at the olive oil joint on Hope in PVD if it's still there. Dill is pretty prominent around here too.

Nah, your memory is good. They do make the big ones but I think they use the same formulation in the stuffing, no chorizo like you'd find in most of the restaurant made ones here.

Matlaw's makes it pretty good Rhode Island style stuffie, they are a fairly large commercial producer so you can probably get them shipped frozen from whatever service seems reasonable in your area. We'll keep RI demoralizingly windy and overpriced till you get back!
