LTT, kleen, hydro flask, nalgene, and yeti. I'm sure there's a ton more, but all of those are brands I'd consider bifl.

I haven't used the copper core myself but I've heard very very good things about it. It should be just as bifl as the rest of all clad's stainless steel stuff

I own D3, I agree with this person. D5 is definitely not worth the weight and cost unless you're a professional.

Interesting. I dont have much experience, but my guess would be the narrow pack carries the weight closer to your body and therefore easier to carry

All Clad D3. Comes in every shape and size you could want. Induction friendly and all SS including lid so oven friendly too.
