So the loan terms are not monetary. It’s how it’s displayed, cared for, yours and your families access to it, the duration of how long you want it on loan to the museum and so on.

That is wrong. IANAL, NJ stipulates that a rental increase cannot be unconscionable and it’s on the landlord to argue to the court that the increase is justified.

They vertically integrated their stores inventory so instead of being a “department” store it’s all their garbage.

That is assuming private equity can maintain the same compensation and momentum it’s had since 08. The recent Blackstone news about Redemptions and the shift of these firms to private credit is not a good sign

They’ve also been avoiding paying their fair share in taxes using 1099 and shell schemes. They’ve also been hiding their true assets for years by lobbying against beneficial ownership disclosure rules.
