The OC is iconic. It really captured the truly awful fashion trends of the 2000s. My friends and I did chrismakuh every year until we all moved. Seth Cohen is the best! I love Adam Brody so much!

Agree! When I rewatch, I never go past 5 because I’m just not into any of the weird shit they did at the end.

I liked andor a lot and really enjoyed it. I haven’t commented about it at all on this sub because I noticed everyone is pretty hostile towards it and angry that people like it?

Reply to Which is worse? A show that is "worth the wait" because it finally becomes good after wasting your time for half the series? Or a show that just plain sucks all the way through and can be dumped early without missing anything? by slicerprime
I felt this way about white lotus season one and I felt it never got good enough for me to actually enjoy watching it. Though sometimes when a show becomes part of the social conversation I stick it out just so I know what people are talking about. The leftovers I felt had a rough first season and I couldn’t stick it out to get to the “good” parts that everyone loves.

I’m definitely more a Raul Julia fan than Luis Guzman for the role. That’s probably because I had a huge crush on Gomez from the movies but I do feel it’s lacking any eye candy.

I would not suggest reading the books as they’re unfinished and are unlikely to ever be finished.
