Indeed. I can only imagine what it's like to let a few insignificant pixels have such an affect on your day.

I know a couple of people who have worked at CNN. They have normal restrooms just like any other office building. From what I've heard the biggest complaint is that many parts of the building need some serious maintenance.

I'm just going by what their FAQ says.

Chase's website says you have 60 days from the date the transaction appeared on your statement. Which I think is actually pretty low, most cards will give you 180 days.
