it's often used to degrade women behind their backs for having sex with multiple people... when you're with your mates you might make fun of a guy for getting someone's "sloppy seconds" implying that he's a loser for having sex with a woman who's also had sex with another person recently. it's just not the sort of language befitting of a country's leader in my opinion. slang is fine by me, and I encourage its use at all levels of society, but stuff like this does have a problematic past. I'm sure members of opposing parties are pushing hard on this to garner political disdain for the current premier though, but that doesn't really disqualify criticism as far as I am concerned.
