I think it actually just reopened. I don’t see the closure anymore on the map and traffic is gone
Which devils intersection? There’s quite a few of them but none are as bad as the Tonnelle Circle of hell.
Yeah traffic is gonna be worse than ever for the next month and a half. More cars on the road plus terrible impatient drivers makes it a miserable commute for all modes of transport

You can take 139 Upper level to JFK Blvd and the ramp that goes to the circle is for the right lane
