I'm unsure of what a positive comment would be for this story.

Women who thought they might be beaten, raped, or both in this hyper-religious county with a predisposition to not liking women's rights turned out to have an OK time at a globally publicized event and in their relatively well-off accommodations." (I say this because both women interviewed came from countries other than Turkey. Poor people tend to not have the resources to book a vacation in another country for an extended stay.)

They requested to not be punished by being fired from their job, and ostracized from being hired anywhere else in their industry, for doing the right thing, yes.
