Unfortunately not really. I think UA still has some quality stuff, but you gotta check it out in person (vs random buy online). Dicks seems to have a good selection at their larger stores.
Other than that, Nike Dri Fit socks have surprised me. LuLu Lemon has been disappointing. I really like Danner boots and socks, but some boots fit weird. Stio has awesome gear worth the cost, but I hate their logo everywhere (personal preference). Still haven’t tried Vuori but want to.
Sorry for the ramble. I realize you want boxers heat gear reccos. I wear Hanes lol. I randomly bought Uniqlo long Johns and those are pretty decent actually.

Once quality companies start to blow up, their quality takes a dump. North Face and Under Armour are 2 examples.

Agreed here 100%, although I think Volcom has the lowest quality of the 3.
Bought an insulated 686 shell last year for a snowboarding trip for about $250 (Black Friday sale). Absolutely love it. I’m in Chicago so I get decent use out of it for snowy days above say 25 too. Can easily layer it when colder though.
Stio is also nice but pretty expensive. Excellent quality though. I got something that’s good in like 30-40 degrees.
My 0 degree jacket is from Merrell. It’s a little bulky but hey it’s for those super cold days.

It was great early on. Trailed off toward the end.
I’m still so annoyed at how bad the movies were. They could have done so much, yet they were like long episodes of a show, and not good.
