If you are talking to someone from PA or NJ I would specify county if you are just outside. If to people not from the area at all I would just say Philly. No one would know montco so you should just say Philly for example

Are you pointing the antenna in the correct direction? I have an indoor antenna out in the suburbs and if I change the direction of it off by 30 degrees I will no longer get ABC. You can get an app to tell you the direction but the station is on city ave near the river
