Drywall is $20 for a 4x8 sheet. Only way you can remove tile without damaging the drywall is if they were installed poorly. But you won’t be that lucky.

I was referring to gaming, where not having the numpad makes it more comfortable for long gaming sessions and more runway for the mouse before having to lift up and readjust.

That was my first thought too when I saw that picture. The whole point for me to get a TKL and now an 80% was to narrow the gap between my left hand on the keyboard and right on the mouse.
