It’s a 1/2 page form, mostly name and address so they can return it to you, shove it in a box and you’re done. Like I said, I literally just got one back Saturday after only two weeks, so their six week estimate is probably max time. They had to repair a cut flap, replace two torn netting pockets with stronger netting, and replace a zipper my daughter cut in two and they still got it back to me in two weeks. I doubt you’re little handle restitch will take that long.

They have a lifetime free repair or replacement policy. Just because you aren’t willing to send it in for repairs doesn’t mean they are lying.

I just sent my daughters backpack I. To them after she stupidly took a pair of scissors to it to unstick a zipper. She cut the living shit out of it. I sent it in and it came back in two weeks, repaired and better then new. They would have replaced it if they couldn’t fix it. It cost nothing on my end.

I had one of their backpacks I used all through 6 years of college, gave it to my other kid who proceeded to treat it like shit and ripped and tore it up so bad it wasn’t usable. Sent it into them and like the other one they sent it back in better then new shape. That thing was 13 years old at that point. He still has it and uses it quite often.

Sounds like BIFL to me.
