Their roughly equal I’d say, ultimately it depends on what each individual values more.

Library:

• Roughly same size (3rd party, indie, and shovel ware)
• PS plus has a far larger, higher quality 1st party library
• Game pass has day one releases (only about 10 noteworthy first day releases in its history so far though, half being indie and therefore cheaper)

Other:

• Game Pass has better cloud support
• Game Pass has a better system in place for delivering classics
• PlayStation has better classics (albeit only slightly, Xbox has some good ones as well)
• Ps plus is cheaper
