I work in the area, that's trash/ materials from the homeless people who live directly under the bridge. They made DIY wood houses under there and have been living under there for months. No judgement, it must be a wretched existence and I wouldn't last 2 hours on a day like today if I was in their shoes. Terrible.

100 percent ...I refuse to go to either of these places even though I like the food because I can't let myself get completely ripped off because I'm " Vegan".

I live by Armory Park off Westminster st (West side) in Providence ...decent area affordable rent...some good restaurants, coffee shops etc in the immediate area and an easy walk to Broadway and Atwells that have tons of the same. I used to live near near Bryant too years ago and you could make it from here in 20 minutes or so on most good days.
