Might be worth petitioning tigins or another epl bar that opens early to show soccer on the weekends to put the race on.

Planning on watching from home but epl and f1 should go hand in hand

I did this for 3 years between 2018 and 2021, it was only bad when there was constant construction on the 287/95 interchange. I found if I left early (before 8am, and before 5 pm) the commute was only 20-25 minutes. After that it could be anywhere for 30 minutes to an hour.

A lot of times the worst part is the commute is fighting train station traffic to just get onto 95 from harbor point.

I also found it was worse in the summer time on Thursdays and Fridays so tried to get out of the office earlier on those days.

If I were you I would look for places along the route 7 corridor in between South Norwalk and the ASML factory. You should be able to find something under 2k a month for a 1br. You’ll also be close to nightlife in South Norwalk, a huge mall, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

I say route 7 because the Merritt Parkway and I95 traffic can get very bad at times. If you can avoid driving those daily I would recommend it.

CT will probably be different culturally but ASML will have a lot of opportunities to meet people from all over.

An arcade bar like Barcade. Combination of UConn Stamford students, and 30 somethings to keep it afloat. Challenge is square footage, maybe somewhere in the harbor point warehouses would work.

Seems like a realistic price back before interest rates went up. Would be surprised to see it fall below 350/sqft
